Facebook Payment Method
Below is a video explaining the process to change or add your payment information on Facebook with written instructions below.
How to update or change your payment information for your ad account.
- Go to business.facebook.com and log into your business account.
- At the top left, select “Business Settings” (the icon with three bars) and a drop down menu will populate.
- Select “Business Settings”. (Note: If you do not see Business Settings, click on “All Tools” and additional fields will pop up with a Business Settings option).
- On the left side of your screen select “Ad Account”. In the middle bar, you will see all of your business accounts. Select the business account you’re looking to update.
- Next, on the top right of your screen, click the drop down and select “View Payment Methods”.
- If you do not have a payment method added yet, select “Add Payment Method”. If you need to change your payment, delete the old payment information and add a new one.
